After twelve hours ,the android workshop,Appathon comes to an end. All the participants did the very best to come up with an innovative app that could been ground-breaking. As promised being a workshop 'anyways ' gave a few cool gifts by GDG-Chennai, manager Jeyenthan.All thanks to the team GSNet,GDG teams from banglore and Chennai, staff's of IT-Dept and all the participants for making this enemy a grand success. Thank you all for checking us hour by hour and for the support. Goodnight.
GSNet is a team formed by Rahul singh, Google Student Ambassador of Hindustan University. The team consist of people of different interest working together towards common aim i.e. making the life of the people easier and more enjoyable thro Google and its products. We do events on small and big scale. We played a major role in recently concluded DevFest Chennai 2013 and Google DayX too. We, as a team look forward to do many such events!!!!

Developing App !
After a good meal, it's time for coding. Coders are prepared to begin and are gathering ideas. It's promised that the coders would be given appreciation, if juries are pleased. It's difficult to please, GDG-Chennai team, Atleast 'try' is the only advice.
After two hours of non-stop effort full coding, including members from the GSNet. In the mean while, Rahul and Raju are the co-ordinators for Appathon. More and more coding on-going.

CONCEPTS,Brainstorming cont...
Its all still the begining,Brainstorming session is bringing out lot of cool and out of the box ideas mostly for students in colleges in BUNKING though. Experts are giving away useful suggestions in their up bringing and appreciate every one in sharing them. Rahul,GSA -HITS, as well shares an idea, Gokul (GSNet), Prajith(GSNet) also contribute. Lot of talent together. The coding hasn't started yet and is waited for after the lunch break in a while. Excitement for food as well; Anoop, Raju, Sai, Suprabha taking off from one Duty to another.
AdMob
GDG-Banglore, manager, Mr.Sandeep Hedge gives talk on AdMob, facility by Google for advertising the app and earn from the same.All of the pariticipants are very interested knowing about it and looking forward at the end of the day to see somebody advertise their app and some day earn. Doubts are also being cleared along the session, various strategies are being talked about in advertising.After An hour and a half, its time for brainstorm session while its time for a short break.

Pleasant faces all around cause Kevin is shooting, who we called for todays photography.Keeping the young developers interested with few videos indicating the growth of android and its massive influence today.Sujith(GSNet), welcomes the participants and guests and Mr.Imbaskeran Jeyenthan, GDG-Chennai,manager gives intro on Android.First session is on the basics of android development by Mr.muthu Ramakrishnan, who is a proffesional android developer and has also won national level competitions. Developers are on their 'lappies', busy coding and learning.
